Functions

All our bull packages include a full-size mechanical bull perfect for all ages. Each mechanical bull package includes a control box that allows you to control the speed, buck, and spin, so you can be in control and adjust it depending on the rider.

Yes. All of our bulls include a manual that guides you step by step on how to set up your mechanical bull. Setting up takes about 10 minutes, making it one of the easiest and quickest mechanical bull set ups in the market. 

Operating the mechanical bull is also just as simple thanks to our easy-to-use control box. The operator has full control of the direction, speed, and buck of the bull. Operating one of our mechancial bulls is as easy and fun as playing a video game.

Our mechanical bulls are made in California and shipped out to anywhere in the United States and Canada. Rest assured our bulls are made with the best quality materials, machinery, and technicians in the business. 

 

Yes, our second largest group of customers are bar owners. Bar owners choose our bulls because they are long lasting, have a realistic desgin, and because we offer free air mattress customization to fit any space.

Yes. Our bulls can be disassembled into 2 parts, the base and the mechanical bull, which allows for easy mobility. This only requires 2 adults to set up and tear down the entire system. 

 

 

Payments

We are a small, family owned business that does not have the financial structure in place to offer financing or extensive payment plans to our customers. We do however have a Half Now Half Later option which you can read more on in the Payment Process FAQ section. 

Payment Option #1: Pay Now

You can pay directly through our website using your preferred payment method (Debit Card, Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.). 

 

Payment Option #2: Pay Half Now, Half Later

If you would like to split your total into two payments, please send us an email and we can set this up for you. Below is an overview of how the payments would be processed:

1st Payment - Paid when you place your order.

2nd Payment - Paid when the manufacturing process is done, 4-5 weeks later.

Yes. Please send us an email if you are planning on buying more than 1 bull and we can provide you with a custom quote.

We have a flat-rate shipping fee of $1,000 to anywhere in the United States. Customers also have the option of setting up their own freight pickup and delivery, or pickup their order themselves at our local facility in California.

Shipping

Yes. We are not here to make money on shipping costs - you are more than welcome to pick up your bull at our facility and save the cost of shipping. You can also schedule your own freight company to do pick up and delivery if that is more economical for you. 

Yes. We ship our bulls using freight, lift-gate delivery which means the shipping company will deliver your order directly to your doorstep. 

Once you place your order, the manufacturing process takes 4-5 weeks.

Once your bull has been shipped, it takes about 5-7 days for you to receive your order at your doorstep. We send you the tracking information as soon as it ships, so you can be updated every step of the way.

Uncategorized

We are a small company that only takes 10 bull orders per month. Being small allows us to have low operational expenses and therefore price our bulls at a lower price than our competition.

Yes. We can adjust the size and design at no additional cost to you. If you need your logo, business name, or phone number, we can also add it at no extra charge.

Yes. Most of our customers buy our bulls to start or expand their party rental business. Our bulls are safe and durable. Most customers choose our bulls because we have one of the most realistic bulls in the market which helps them attract more rental clients. 

Our phone number is no longer public due to the high volume of calls from people who were not serious about purchasing a bull.

We have our 10 bulls a month model in place, and the high volume of calls made our process difficult. Multiple times we had reserved spots for people who were not serious about purchasing, which ultimately took that opportunity away from another willling and committed customer.

In order to make our team and process more efficient, we decided to move all initial communication to email. Our new website allows people who are already ready to buy to pay and place their order directly online. Lastly, we spent a lot of time putting together our FAQ's section so potential customers can get answers to their questions right away.

All bull packages come with a 3 year warranty. Problems are very rare with our mechanical bulls, but if you run into an issue just send us an email at support@usamechanicalbulls.com and we will take care of you.
